The Spirit of the Streets Choir has weathered the pandemic and now in their 14th year are as busy as ever.
The group recently performed at the Fremantle Song Fest and will open the Guildford Choir festival this weekend.
It continues to have collaborations with the UWA Music department and are currently involved in a video for Mental health week to be shown in Yagan Square.
Their repertoire is steadily growing with classic uplifting songs like The Rose, dance numbers like Sway With Me - where the choir often break into a dance as they sing, and singalong numbers such as April Showers and several Beatles songs.
The repertoire still includes originals but always plenty songs that people know and love.
