A COVID breach matter was finalised in Perth Magistrates Court on Monday with a 22-year-old woman receiving a $6000 fine.
The woman was granted approval to enter Western Australia via the G2G Pass system and arrived at Perth airport on January 1 after travelling from Melbourne.
The woman was issued a direction to self-quarantine for a period of 14 days at an approved location in the Perth Metro area.

Police said during a quarantine compliance check on January 6, the woman was not present. A spokesperson said the woman breached her self-quarantine direction on a number of occasions after arriving in WA.
The woman was subsequently arrested.
The spokesperson said the community was urged to keep their friends, family and wider community safe by following instructions.
"During these unprecedented times, the community are urged to do the right thing," the spokesperson said. "And to follow the latest COVID directions, to help limit the spread of COVID-19 in WA."
