Electrifying tunes and a sold-out crowd made for a hell of a night at the Ravenswood Hotel’s fourth annual Blues and Roots Festival on Saturday night.

A stellar line-up including the likes of Dave Hole, Ash Grunwald and Chain – along with local acts like Lightnin’ Jack and Applejack and Moonshine – hit the stage for the epic shindig, with blues lovers well and truly getting their fix.
Zydecats, followed by Blue Shaddy, kicked off the night on the main stage while Bret Mosely’s upbeat rhythm kept the fans pumping between sets on the south stage.
Lightnin’ Jack had a raucous crowd greet him at his first set following the popular Grunwald’s time on stage, while legends Chain closed out the night on a high note.
