A Mandurah police officer has appeared in court after pleading not guilty to 10 charges including using Facebook to send a child an indecent video, and encouraging the child to do an indecent act.
Andrew James Maher, 42, appeared in the District Court on Friday accused of exposing a child under 13 years old to indecent matter, and using electronic communication with intent to expose a person under 16 years old to indecent matter.
The offences were allegedly committed on October 2 and 3, 2017.
Mr Maher is due to reappear in the Perth District Court on March 15, 2019.
