Saturday, December 8

Nearly 700 motorcycles will make their way over the Mandurah Bridge for the annual Mandurah Motorcycle Charity Ride on Saturday.
Headed by Father Christmas himself, the bikes will rumble from Pinjarra’s Sir Ross McLarty Oval to Mandurah’s western foreshore as they distribute hampers to less-fortunate children for the festive season.
The ride takes off from Pinjarra at 9.30am, with bikes expected to reach Mandurah about 10am.

- When: 10am-3pm
K9 Rescue Group are preparing for their upcoming adoption day and are hoping this summer’s event will raise record funds to help refurbish the old kennel block.
The event will be held this Saturday, the event will give visitors the chance to see the hard work the group puts in up front while getting a close look at some of the pooches up for adoption.
Sunday, December 9

- When: 12pm-5.30pm
Horse racing action returns to Pinjarra this Sunday with the running of the Alcoa Grandstand Cup on Pinjarra Park’s Christmas Race Day.
Thousands of race-goers are expected to hit the track for the season-opening meet, with race on kicking off at 12.25pm.
The main race, the Alcoa Grandstand Cup, will be run at 4.15pm.
