The Mandurah community has been invited to various planting days around the city in an effort to revegetate troubled areas.
The planting program is an annual occasion in Mandurah and is aimed to restore the landscape and reconnect people with nature.
Various locations in Halls Head, Falcon and Seascapes will be targeted during the blitz.

The planting day will provide an opportunity for family, friends and neighbours to come together, while doing something meaningful that will benefit the environment.
Registration isn’t required and morning tea will be provided at all the planting events.
Participates are urged to dress with safety in mind. Appropriate clothing for planting events could include: enclosed shoes, a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, long pants, a long sleeved shirt, gloves and insect repellant.
Gloves and digging tools will be provided on the day.
Participants are also urged to bring a water bottle.
Last year more than 600 community members planted over 30,000 plants during the community tree planting season which runs from late May to July.

Roberts Point
Between 9am and 12pm on July 1, the Halls Head Coastcare Group will be a the far west corner of Doddies Beach, also known as Roberts Point, along Halls Head Parade.
Alder Court
Looking for some school holiday fun? Alder Court Bushcare Group have promised something for everyone.
Between 9am and 12pm on July 10, the group will be at Alder Court Reserve, located along Alder Court, to plant trees.
Janis Street
The community is invited to join with the Janis Street Bushcare Group between 9am and 12pm on July 10, for a day of tree planting.
Participants are encouraged to meet at Janis Street Reserve, between Clipper Way and Janis Street.
Avalon Beach
The popular Avalon Beach in Falcon will be attended to by the Seascapes Community Association between 9am and 12pm on July 14.
Seascapes
Seascapes Community Association will also keep busy between 9am and 12pm on July 21.
Participants can meet near the beach access point where Boardwalk Boulevard meets Quandong Parkway.
