Mandurah’s favourite food truck festival is gearing up to put on a food fiesta at Barracks Lane on Tuesday night.
The event will bring some of the region’s favourite food vendors to town as well as live entertainment and activities.
“The locals you know and love will be there with an array of tempting goodies, as well as some fresh faces from surrounding areas,” Shape Mandurah wrote about the event.
“Plus there will be buskers and activities.”
The festival will also include festoon lights, a new pop up art gallery and plenty of exotic foods.
The September edition will feature more than 15 food trucks, including The Curry Truck, DPM Cafe & Dawn Patrol Mobile Cafe, Wicked Waffles & Ice Cream, Sweet StrEats Perth, RJ’s Kai Kart, La Carreta, The Fish Boss, Flics Kitchen, Ma La Margaret River Dumplings, Nom Nom Cupcakes, Cocktail Gastronomy and @Beer Dudes, Pickeled Partners, Flamin’ Good Pizza, The Donut Shop, The Herbivan, The Soul Van and Food&Co.
The food truck festival was created by local activation group Shape Mandurah in an attempt to inject some life to the newly-landscaped Barracks Lane, to discourage anti-social behaviour and to bring the local community together.
The event is held on the last Tuesday of every month.
The September edition will start at 5pm on Tuesday and will run until 8pm.
