An adult film actress says she was paid $30,000 to attend a party during which Hollywood star Charlie Sheen smoked cocaine from a pipe every "two to five minutes".
Kacey Jordan, 22, told Good Morning America the Two And a Half Men actor was drunk when she arrived at his Los Angeles home late last Wednesday night, but went on to order a tennis ball-sized rock of cocaine.
"[The cocaine] was all over the bathroom counter because he was chiselling it off and putting it in [the pipe] repeatedly," Jordan said.
The claims were made during an unpaid interview on Monday morning, hours before reports broke that police would not pursue criminal charges against the troubled star.
He was taken to hospital following the drug and alcohol binge about 7am on Thursday and has since checked into a rehabilitation facility, prompting the suspension of the hit CBS television show in which he stars.
Jordan said that, when she arrived at the house late on Wednesday night, there were four other women - at least two of them porn actresses - with Sheen.
His white shirt was covered in wine stains, his hair was messed up and his eyes were "squinty", she said.
At one point Sheen asked Jordan to move into a rented $250,000 a month mansion with the other porn actresses, she said.
The actor's real estate agent was at the party, equipped with the signed rental agreement, Jordan claimed.
"He was all 'You can have anything you want, anything you want, you name it, it'll be done within an hour and we're just going to party, have fun'," she said.
Sheen asked Jordan if she would help look after his children at the house.
"I think maybe the babysitting part was important to him so that maybe when he was doing his drinking he didn't have to have his kids see him be like that," she told Good Morning America.
"The kids was what bothered me."
Actress Denise Richards, who has two daughters with Sheen, responded to the allegations on Twitter a couple of hours after the interview aired.
"If you caught GMA today.. FYI.. No 'adult film star' will be babysitting our kids!" she wrote.
Jordan said she went to the party with the understanding she would collect a $5000 fee but Sheen wrote her a cheque for $30,000, then verified its authenticity when the bank called him.
TMZ.com published a copy of the cheque.
Jordan said Sheen was naked in his bed, still smoking the cocaine-filled pipe, when she left the house.
At 6.35am that day a 911 call was made from the house. An ambulance arrived about 7am and whisked Sheen to Cedars Mount Sinai Hospital.
Sheen's friend claimed the star had "abdominal pains" caused by a hernia.
Sheen's lawyer, Yale Galanter, said in a statement that Jordan's claims were "a shame".
"Charlie is currently seeking the medical attention he needs and has the full support of his legal team, his agents and his employers at CBS," Mr Galanter said.
"It is a shame that during this time, while Mr Sheen has sought treatment on his own, opportunistic women are trying to take advantage of his celebrity status."
Sheen was reportedly less concerned about his own health.
He reportedly sent a text message to celebrity gossip site RadarOnline.com, saying: "I'm fine. People don't seem to get it. Guy can't have a great time and do his job also? Bunch of turds."
Meantime, TMZ reported today that the Los Angeles Police Department had no plans to charge the star with drug offences, despite multiple sources claiming there was massive amounts of cocaine in use at the party.
An unnamed source from the party claimed the drugs were "cleaned up" before the Los Angeles City Fire Department, which responded to the 911 call, arrived.
But law enforcement officers are reportedly not investigating the claims made by fellow partygoers because they do not look into alleged overdoses unless the person involved is either on probation for a previous crime or engaged in another form of criminal activity, BANG Showbiz reported.
