Chet Holmgren added 25 points and 10 rebounds for the Thunder, who shot 59.8 per cent from the field and 50 per cent from 3-point-range.
The scoreline eclipsed their 140 points in the win over San Antonio on January 24.
"We knew the game plan, we executed it well and we really trusted each other," Holmgren said.
"That's how we got those open looks, and credit to everybody who got them and knocked them down."
Oklahoma City are now tied with Minnesota for the lead in the Western Conference, with both teams at 39-17 after the Timberwolves lost 112-107 to the Milwaukee Bucks.
Giannis Antetokounmpo was the force behind the Bucks' triumph in Minneapolis, registering 33 points and 13 rebounds.
Anthony Edwards made three 3-pointers in the final 1:58 to give the Wolves a late chance, but Damian Lillard iced it for the Bucks with a pullup 21-footer with 10.3 seconds left.
A fractious game in New Orleans went the way of Miami, who held off the Pelicans to win 106-95.
Jimmy Butler had 23 points and nine rebounds for the Heat before being ejected after a fourth-quarter melee.
Miami reserve Thomas Bryant, along with Pelicans players Jose Alvarado and Naji Marshall, was also ejected after the on-court bust-up with 11:19 to go.
In Philadelphia, Tyrese Maxey scored 24 points and Cam Payne added 16 off the bench as the 76ers sent Cleveland to their third loss in four games, 104-97.
Maxey was having a quiet game until the fourth quarter. He scored 15 of the 76ers' final 20 points and assisted on a 3-pointer by Buddy Heild that put Philadelphia ahead by eight in the final minute.
Kawhi Leonard scored 24 points and Terance Mann had a season-high 23, as well as 12 rebounds, as the Clippers pulled away in the fourth quarter to beat Memphis 101-95.
In Atlanta, Immanuel Quickley hit six 3-pointers and scored 24 points to help Toronto beat the Hawks 123-121.
The Houston Rockets withstood a late surge from Phoenix to win 114-110.
Houston led by double-digits at the start of the fourth quarter, but the Suns edged into the lead with about five minutes to go.
The Rockets, led by Fred VanVleet (23 points) and Jabari Smith Jr (22) regained the lead soon after and didn't relinquish it again.
In Portland, Nikola Jokic had 29 points, 15 rebounds and 14 assists for his 17th triple-double of the season as Denver beat the Trail Blazers 127-112.
LeBron James (30 points, nine assists, seven rebounds) and Victor Wembanyama (27, eight, 10) went toe-to-toe in Los Angeles, with Anthony Davis (28 points, 13 rebounds) also firing for the Lakers.
Wembanyama ended on the losing side as the Lakers cruised to a 12th win in 18 games, beating the Spurs 123-118.
