THE WACA Grade cricket was affected by weather when local side Rockingham Mandurah Mariners took on the boys from the Swan Valley, Midland Guildford.
Unfortunately for the Mariners, first grade was washed out without a ball being bowled.
In second grade the Mariners made an early breakthrough in their match but once again rain curtailed proceedings before lunch with Midland Guildford 1/53.
Tyron Miley, 1/9, the only bowler to make a breakthrough.
Like first grade, the Mariners third grade side had their match washed out.
In fourth grade the Mariners bowlers made a great start, causing havoc with the visiting batsmen.
When the rain came down Midland Guildford were 4/17 with Ganish Chaudhari, 3/8, and Daniel Lambert, 1/7, doing the damage.
