Healing Broken Wings

November 25 to December 10

The exhibition, Healing Broken Wings will showcase poetry, art, and messages of inspiration from women who have been supported by Safe Woman, Safe Family (SWSF) Pinjarra. This exhibition is aligned with the '16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence' from November 25 to December 10. The launch of the exhibition will be a sundowner event from 4.30pm to 6.30pm at the Pinjarra Community Gardens. The event includes food and drinks, an online auction, live performances, guest speakers and prizes. The Mandurah Forum is welcoming artists to perform in its spaces, bringing light and hope to the industry after a tough few years and joy to customers and the community through December and into the New Year. Kicking off from this Friday, musicians will take to the stage, with a packed schedule of performances by Steve Simmons, Finn Pearson, Stewart Herbertson and Mandurah local and solo singer and guitarist Nasman Donovan. Local Business Breakfast Forum

Get tips for improving the safety and security of your business through connection and networks. A local business will also be presenting on their experience being a member of the Mandurah Liquor Accord and a number of their experiences over the years as Mandurah has changed. Get updates from City of Mandurah representatives and WA Police Superintendent, as well as a Q&A panel. There will also be door prizes on the day. Registration opens at 7am for a 7.30am start. Contemporary Art Spaces Mandurah's annual Christmas exhibition is a delightful showcase featuring over 500 original, locally crafted artworks and gifts just in time for the festive season. All pieces are available for immediate purchase to place under the Christmas tree.
