Judging by the tears of happiness from Barbara Hampson, cuddles with five-week-old Roscoe was the perfect birthday surprise for the former hobby farmer.
Ms Hampson had five parties to celebrate her "birthday week" but she said the visit with the piglet was the best present possible.
"I expected all sorts of things for my birthday but not a pig," she said. "This has made my day.
"But I was hoping my physio would come because I'm in love with him - he's gorgeous," she laughed.
Being able to arrange the piglet to visit was just the icing on the cake for Barbara's birthday.

While cuddling Roscoe, Ms Hampson reminisced about her time living on a hobby farm.
Moving to the farm with her husband when she retired at 56 she said it was the best move the pair ever made.
They had 25 sheep but it was her four pet pigs she really took a liking to. The pigs used to go on drives, wander around the house and even sleep on the couch.
The only complaint Ms Hampson had about the hobby farm was having to pick 1000 orange trees.
"It was a lovely place but since moving I haven't bought an orange since," she said.
After selling the farm eight years later, Ms Hampson and her husband spent the money travelling all around the world before moving to Mandurah 30 years ago.
Working with Barbara three times a week on body strength, Silver Chain therapist assistant Leah Smith said Barbara often talked fondly about her pigs.
"Barbara has made such great progress, not only with how well she's moving again, but it's given her a new lease on life and she's now engaged with her community again," Ms Smith said.
"Being able to arrange the piglet to visit was just the icing on the cake for Barbara's birthday, as she knows better than anyone the health benefits of bonding with an animal."

Ms Smith said the surprise wouldn't have been possible without the help of the Mandurah community.
"I posted to Mandurah Q and A asking if anyone had a piglet to surprise Barbara," she said.
"Shelly reached out and was happy to bring Roscoe - hundreds of people commented wanting to see photos."
"I loved today - it's been one of my best birthdays," Ms Hampson said.
