The Hands Up Team volunteer Kath Palmer has gratefully accepted a massive donation from Harcourts Mandurah.
The donations which include non-perishable food, warm clothes and sleeping bags will go to people in the Mandurah area who need some extra help at this time of year.
Ms Palmer personally ensures each recipient is genuinely worthy, so the donations go to those truly in need.
She said the Harcourts team have been so important in helping her help those in need for the past eight years.

"At the moment there's anywhere from 60 to 100 homeless sleeping rough in Mandurah," she said.
"Recently one lady had been eating ice cubes for three days and hadn't eaten any food so these are the kind of people we want to help.
"Harcourts has been an amazing support and it takes a lot of pressure off us. Hopefully we can continue to work together for a long time yet."
Harcourts Mandurah licensee Paul Blakely said the staff all pitched in to donate goods.
"We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our staff who have contributed towards this collection and we are particularly proud of Matt and Karen Ikin who have done an outstanding job in making this happen," he said.
"It's been a particularly tough winter so far and we are happy to do our small bit in assisting those most in need."
Ms Palmer said she was thankful for donations, however, the Peel Community Kitchen and the Hands Up Team now needed people to sponsor meal cards.
"We're giving out meal cards and these meal cards cost 50 cents each then we give them to people in need," she said.
"We need sponsors so we can give out meal cards to churches and all those agencies that help people in need."
