Mandurah Detectives are seeking information from the public to assist with their investigation into the assault of a man in Greenfields yesterday, Saturday, July 3, 2021.

About 5.30pm, a man in his 80s was assaulted by a group of three youths who attempted to steal his moped.

The victim received a large laceration to his head and bruising to his face and body and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.

Detectives ask anyone with CCTV or dash-cam vision of the area bounded by Murdoch Drive, Mandurah Road, Pinjarra Road and Lakes Road in Greenfields between 4pm and 6.30pm, to upload the vision to https://wapf.au.evidence.com/.../public/greenfieldsrobbery
