SOUTH West woman Anna Johnson has been located alive in thick bushland by the State Emergency Service.
She was located in close proximity to her white Hyundai located on Toorak Road in Yourdamung Lake, near Quindanning.
Ms Johnson, who is known to many people as Tina, failed to turn up to her daughter's house on Saturday June 26.
WA Police confirmed that Ms Johnson was last sighted on Throssell Street in Collie between 6.40pm and 7.30pm on Saturday June 26.
Her car, a white Hyundai Tucson was seen heading north on Princep Street, near Ogden Street, Collie on Saturday afternoon.
The 68-year old was not with her vehicle on June 29 which prompted police to start a land search in the area.
Siblings Lauren Stewart and Lee Johnson made an emotional plea to the public to keep looking for their mother.
Both Ms Stewart and Mr Johnson said it was out of character for their mother to drive so far on her own.
Mr Johnson said they had noticed 'subtle' changes to her behaviour over the last week.
"Her sense of time, direction and was told her driving was erratic which makes us worry even more," Ms Stewart said.
Ms Johnson is currently being medically assessed.
