Join dance artist Paige Gordon for a creative, joyful dance class in the safety of your own chair.
Lifespan and MPAC present Seated Dance Classes in the beautiful dance studio at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre.
Beginning with torso and arm movements, adding footwork to the sequences, these dance classes will get people moving to fabulous music.
Suitable for seniors and people with limited mobility; and endorsed by Dance for Parkinson's Australia.
After class, which runs from 10-11am, there will be morning tea in the foyer where you can have a chat with fellow dancers.
Cost - $10 payable at the Welcome Desk. Carers can attend for free.
First class is Monday, May 3 and then fortnightly after that.
