The Morrison government has at best a tenuous grip on the next Federal election outcome surrounded as it is in allegations of serious criminal sexual misconduct in Parliament and now by one of Scott Morrison's ministers.
The accused minister, Christian Porter, may personally want to tough out the accusations but two factors are at play here: Mr Porter personally and the credibility of the federal Liberal government. Essentially it may fall on Mr Morrison to make some tough circuit breaker decisions for the future of the Morrison-led federal government.

Our Prime Minister has multiple conflicts of interest and contradictory behaviour regarding Minister Porter's alleged offenses. Our PM is a male, as is the minister and they both are Liberal party members upholding their best interests. Our PM reported only the police were skilled and authorised to investigate the minister's alleged offending.
Our PM and the minister declared they have not read the details of the alleged offence allegation. However, the PM actually interviewed Minister Porter about the allegation.
Our PM accepted and believed Mr Porter's strong denial rather than believing the complainants alleged detailed allegations (only via a staff briefing summary). Previously our PM has declared women victims of sexual abuse deserve to be believed.

Consider our environment
As Australians we should care for our country. The local heroes that pick up rubbish along our beaches and bush land should feel the pride that they deserve. Mandurah is a beautiful place, let's keep our town tidy!

As an active member of Coastal Waste Warriors for some years, I am disappointed at the lack off consideration for our environment.
I collect rubbish on a weekly basis. My adopted area is from Len Howard Reserve to Novara Boat Ramp. I usually easily fill two bags a week.
The other day my friend and myself concentrated on collecting only cigarette butts as they were discarded all over the car park and grassed area at Len Howard conservation reserve crabbing area. We collected 1726 in two-and-a-half hours.
I am continually being saddened by the lack of consideration to look after our environment and wild life.
