A driver allegedly fled the scene after crashing into a power pole in central Mandurah on Saturday night, causing electricity outages to dozens of homes.
Mandurah Traffic are investigating the crash along Anstruther Road, Mandurah.
Around 9:30pm, a silver Mitsubishi Triton was travelling along Anstruther Road near the intersection of Gibson Street, when it collided with a power pole.
Power lines came down as a result of this crash, and a second vehicle - a silver Mitsubishi Outlander - drove into the wires.
Emergency services attended to the occupants of the second vehicle, who were uninjured.
The driver of the first vehicle fled the scene on foot, however has since attended the Mandurah police station and is now assisting with inquiries.
Power has been restored to homes in the area.
