The Estuary Pool and Smart Street Mall works have continued after construction was halted over the holiday period.
There are also new waterfront projects to look forward to with construction kicking off over the next few months.

Estuary Pool
After loading up the area with plenty of sand and letting it settle for six weeks, works have finally been able to resume on the Estuary Pool.
With the first concrete pour for the sea wall now almost complete the pool is still on track for completion by October 2021.
It will be ready just in time for Summer.
Smart Street Mall
Smart Street Mall works are set to resume next week and will continue until later this year.
The upgrade is set to help activate the retail precinct and stimulate visitation and spending.
Western Foreshore Recreation Precinct
The new toilet block on the Western Foreshore is scheduled to be completed by March and works around the skate park including path connections will continue over the next few months.
Western Foreshore Play Space
A playground concept for the Western Foreshore is currently being reviewed.
Once the plan is approved construction is set to commence in March or April with an estimated completion in October or November.
Jetty upgrades
The new Tuckey Lane floating jetty is scheduled to be installed in May with pathway repairs between the jetty and boardwalk to commence on March 1.
The area will be blocked off to the public for a couple of weeks until completion.
