Dominance across the first two quarters spurred an unbeaten Rockingham to their fifth straight victory on Sunday, as they cruised past reigning premiers Baldivis.
Tyson Powell slotted five goals while Hayden Matthews produced yet another best afield performance as the Rams charged to a 12.9 (81) to 6.7 (43) victory.
The Brumbies were blown out of the water early, being kept to just one goal in the first half as the Rams controlled the opening stages.
The visitors were powerful in the first term as they took a three-goal buffer into quarter time, but it was in the second that they really put their foot down.
With Will Zilko and Matthews dominant around the ground the Rams were able to keep their hosts to zero goals in the period, as they piled on five themselves to dash out to a 51-point lead at the half.
Not wanting to go meekly, the Brumbies mustered a small fight back in the third term.
Their three goals to Rockingham's one made the scoreboard look a shade more respectable, but they were never truly able to put a dent in the margin.
In the end the Rams were able to claim their fifth win of the year to remain well and truly cemented atop the ladder.
Blaine Johnson starred for Baldivis, booting five of their six goals, while Joel Ritchie impressed throughout.
The Rams now move on to a top-two clash with South Mandurah next weekend, with the two grand final fancies to square off at Anniversary Park.
Baldivis meanwhile will face Centrals at Mundijong Oval.
