Mandurah residents are being encouraged to get creative and participate in a new upcoming community exhibition.
Contemporary Art Spaces Mandurah (CASM) will soon host an outdoor display titled Art on the Fence | COVID-19.
Mandurah community groups, families, young artists and children are invited to create artworks on recycled corflute signage responding to the questions 'who did you spend time with during the COVID-19 isolation period?' and 'what did you do during the COVID-19 isolation period?'
The artworks will be exhibited at CASM as part of Art on the Fence | COVID-19 from August 29 to September 27.
The display will form part of CASM's reopening exhibition, Reflections | COVID-19 - a collaboration with the Mandurah Community Museum where professional artists and community art groups will reflect on coronavirus experiences.
Anyone who would like to participate in the exhibition should contact CASM to collect their pre-primed corflute signage. Email casm@mandurah.wa.gov.au or call 9550 3989.
