To resolve the issue of loneliness among residents, Opal Murray River created the 'Window of Love'.
The lifestyle team began the project in an effort to maintain connection between residents and their loved ones.
With the 'Window of Love' the residents are now able to see their loved ones whilst sharing laughter and some tears via the phone.
Opal Murray River resident, Alice Singleton, received a visit from her daughters, Pauline and Michele through the 'Window of Love'.
"It was so lovely to see Mum. We had a good laugh and Mum sang to us," Pauline said.
"We had a really beautiful time and the 'Window of Love' is a great way to keep in contact while keeping Mum safe.
"The lifestyle team has done a great job and are always coming up with creative ways for Mum to communicate with us."
There is now a booking system for the 'Window of Love' as it has become increasingly popular over the past week.
