There were four new confirmed coronavirus cases in Mandurah overnight bringing the city's total to 20 on Friday.
Mandurah is now considered one of just four "hotspots" in WA, with 20 or more cases.
The other three are Stirling, Joondalup and Wanneroo.
A 'heat map' launched by WA Health this week shows 18 cases in neighbouring Rockingham, up from 10 on Wednesday, four in Serpentine-Jarrahdale and none in the Shire of Murray or Waroona.
The online tool - which can viewed by anyone at healthywa.gov.au - displays only cases of WA residents and excludes numbers from cruise ships and other non-WA cases.

Minister Roger Cook today confirmed WA had recorded 22 new cases overnight, bringing the state total to 422 confirmed cases on Friday.
Current coronavirus testing criteria changed on Thursday, with all WA residents experiencing a high fever and acute respiratory illness now eligible for testing.
Premier Mark McGowan urged West Australians who want to come home to do so before midnight Sunday when WA's border will close to the rest of the country.
After this time only FIFO workers and families can still travel from interstate but will need to self-isolate for 14 days.
Since Wednesday, regional borders within WA have also been closed, with 36,400 people travelling through the check-points since.
In the press conference on Friday, Mr McGowan said 201 people had failed to meet the travel exemptions and had been turned away.
Mandurah mayor Rhys Williams reminded residents not to travel this Easter and urged Perth people to stay away from the Peel region.
