A collection of effective and efficient bowlers led Pinjarra to their 10th win of the Peel Cricket Association as they took care of business against a struggling Swans outfit on Saturday afternoon.
Matt France was in exceptional form in the early goings as he cleaned up the Warnbro top order to set the tone for the match.
His efforts came after the Swans elected to bat first, posting just 125 before they were dismissed.
Matt Gordon conjured the day's first wicket when he snared Travis Gordon for just seven runs, but it was France following his hard work with a brilliant display collecting the next three wickets.
Sam Liersch was the first of which, when he was given out on a leg-before-wicket call for a duck.
Ben O'Neil (8) and Steven Cairns (3) followed suit and soon enough the Swans were floundering on 4/32.
Charl Nieuwenhuis did what he could with 28 runs, but Jordan Hodgetts (2/29), Joseph Slade (3/16) and Gordon (2/5) were able to tear through the remaining batsmen to see Pinjarra in a powerful position at the changeover.
From there it was a half-century from Jamie Lee leading the Tigers to victory.
Wickets fell around the opening batsman with relative regularity, but his steady hand and 57-run contribution did enough to guide them past the total in 32 overs, finishing 7/126.
Alex Cowan was the pick of the Swans bowlers taking 4/25.
The win makes Pinjarra the first team to notch double-digit victories on the season, as they sit clear atop the table.
Sinclair stars in win over Singleton
A blistering 70 runs from Jai Sinclair ended Singleton's winning streak in round 12, as he led Baldivis to victory.
Opting to bat first the White Knights were dwelling in a 6/56 slump when Sinclair, eighth in line, arrived at the crease and blasted out nine boundaries (six maximums).
His efforts buoyed them to 9/159 from 50 overs, a total the Irwinians weren't able to chase down.
Their winning streak came to a grinding halt with Bryce Evans' 27 runs their best for the day, as Peter Russell (3/24) helped send them packing on 132.
Jenkinson phenomenal in drought-breaking victory
Matthew Jenkinson put in a borderline ridiculous performance to lead Mandurah to their first win since round six on Saturday, claiming 5/6 with the ball before tallying an unbeaten half-century with the bat.
His miracle bowling spell dismantled Halls Head, as four of his 7.1 overs went for maidens, spearheading a team effort that saw their opponents ousted on 98 runs.
Jenkinson continued his super performance with the bat, going for 52 not out to account for more than half the needed runs as Mandurah chased down the total in less than 25 overs.
The win snaps a four-game skid for Mandurah.
Shoalwater hones in on top four
Shoalwater Bay zeroed in on a top four spot with a victory over Waroona in round 12.
The Seals' bowling attack, particularly the work of duo Cameron Dewhurst (5/21) and Damien Stanley (2/3), was a driving force in the win as they dismissed the usually-strong Waroona order for just 66 runs.
Their chase was off to a horror start when David Anderson went down for a duck, but a 60-run stand from Matt Rose (35) and Louis Unuwai (26) had them on the cusp of victory before the latter was caught out.
That didn't stop them from mowing down the total in quick fashion though, taking just 10.2 over to collect a win.
The victory brings Shoalwater Bay to fifth on the ladder, equal with the fourth-placed Waroona on points.
