Waroona ensured they would head into the Peel Cricket Association's holiday break in good form with Ben Wright leading them in a dismantling of Mandurah on Saturday.
Batting first, Mandurah was punished by Wright's hot form as he ripped through their order to collect a three-wicket haul.
The loss of openers Tom Balkwill and Jack Moar both for ducks had the writing on the wall, with the visitors sitting in a 2/2 crater.
Cameos from Matt Jenkinson (26) and Liam Moffett (27) gave them a lift but wickets continued to collapse around the pair with Mandurah eventually all out on 74 in quick fashion.
Wright finished his six overs with 3/8 to lead the bowling attack.
Despite defending the small total Mandurah did snare their share of wickets with Jenkinson taking three, but Mat Thomas eventually hit 22 runs to lead Waroona to the easy win.
It's a victory that keeps Waroona in fourth spot, while giving them some separation over the fifth-placed Falcons.
Over at Stan Twight Reserve Singleton made light work of Shoalwater Bay.
Brad Ranford (47), Tim Hutchison (41) and Mitchell Shellam (30) all pitched in solid contributions with the bat, as the Irwinians tallied 7/226.
The Seals weren't able to get close to that, with Chris Loveridge taking five wickets to help dismiss the challengers on just 81 runs.
Warnbro didn't fair so well in the round either, with Baldivis chasing them down.
Ben O'Neil chipped in 30 runs for the Swans but the Baldivis bowling attack eventually had them contained and ousted for 141 runs.
The White Knights looked in trouble early on but half centuries from Matt Rennie (53) and Lachlan Pratt (57 not out) did enough to secure the victory.
Rounding out the week was Pinjarra's win over South Mandurah.
Openers Jason Poolman (73) and Jamie Lee (57) put the Tigers in good enough stead to see the side out to 207 runs before being dismissed late.
Brad Holmes (36) and Jacob Smith (30) gave the Falcons their own hot start but Souths couldn't go on to nab a win, falling short on 126.
