The sun has been shining for much of November but Mandurah will celebrate the official start of summer in style with all the best tunes and party vibes at the next Day Break Club event.
After a successful summer launch event in 2018, Day Break Club has quickly embedded itself into Mandurah's summer social calendar as one of the hottest parties on the block.
The third event will again round up all the biggest revellers at Bar Therapy for an intimate day party featuring up-and-comer DJ, Kid Caird.
Hailing from Perth, Kid Caird has a number of impressive notches on his belt from supporting RL Grime, Habstrakt and Holy Goof to throwing down bangers and Ice Cream Factory, Seasons, Racquet Club, Pineapple Club and everything in between.
Spruiking their motto of "good vibes only", the November 30 event will also include a bunch of talented support acts on the rise.
After garnering the continue support of Gage Roads Brewing Co, the menu will boast plenty of cheap drinks and food specials.
Day Break Club organiser Ben McDonald, who has brought the event to life with his twin brother Jack, said their motivation to start Day Break Club stemmed from a passion for live music.
"We wanted an event where people can come and enjoy the warm weather with friends and live music," he said.
"We noticed the lack of this in such a ideal and beautiful place - it is a shame that most of these spaces can go to waste.
"Our events focus on upcoming artists and live music, giving them a platform to deliver their individuality and good vibes all while keeping it intimate so the audience can really feel connected with the artists unique sounds."
McDonald said they planned to run Day Break Club so long as the summer sun was shining.
"We will continue to host and constantly improve our events making each one bigger and better than the last," he said.
"We had planned to bring more events early in the year but unfortunately we were cut short due to strict WA venue laws.
"We are forever thankful for all the support we have received for bringing a much needed event into the heart of Mandurah."
Day Break Club will take over Bar Therapy from 4pm-midnight on Saturday, November 30.
