Wyld Tribe's Tracy McFie and Sha Carter with then take women on a sacred sound journey with tribal instruments and song to promote energy balancing, emotional harmony, spiritual awakening and deep inner peace.
Finally, Key to Care Yoga's Keeta Rutherford will raise endorphins, happiness and wellbeing in an uplifting session of Laughter Yoga.
Release endorphins through a range of breathing exercises that deepen your self-connection while evoking childlike playfulness and laughing in unison.
Angelhands founder Dr Ann O'Neill will open the day, sharing some of her inspirational insights into helping women overcome extreme challenges through sisterhood and self-care.
The Women's Wellness Day is supported by the City of Mandurah and will be held at Bendigo Bank Stadium on October 26.
