Major Crash officers have charged a man as a result of their investigation into a serious traffic crash in Stake Hill.
The crash occurred around 6.20am on October 16, on the Kwinana Freeway near Lakes Road.
It is alleged the man was the driver of a vehicle that crashed and left the passenger in the car, a 22-year-old man, with serious head injuries.
The passenger was conveyed by the RAC Rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.

The driver, a 25-year-old man from Balga, has been charged with offences linked to the crash and the vehicle including dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm with circumstances of aggravation, burglary and commit offence, stealing a motor vehicle, no authority to drive and cannabis possession.
He is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
