A successful Queensland harness driver will return to court to face accusations of race fixing.
Shane Robert Graham is on trial in the Brisbane District Court, where he has pleaded not guilty to two match fixing charges stemming from a race at Albion Park in Brisbane in July 2017.
The horse he was driving in Race 2 beat his co-accused Vicki Louis Rasmussen's horse and the pre-race favourite.
Rasmussen, a trainer, has also pleaded not guilty to match fixing.
The Crown argues Graham made a deal with the driver of Rasmussen's horse to beat them, and alleges Graham was caught in covertly recorded phone calls planning the fix with Rasmussen.
The trial will resume on Tuesday.
