Phillip Rance is up for the Peter Keillor award for his position as the team manager while also continuing his duties as a senior assessor and instructor.
With more than 35 years of voluntary service to the SES, Mr Rance is also being recognised for his dedication to establishing the new Mandurah SES headquarters.
