A 29-year-old Mandurah man has been charged after an assault in Northbridge early on Sunday morning.
Nathan Hill did not enter a plea in the Perth Magistrates Court on Monday to an act or omission causing bodily harm or danger to any person and being armed or pretending to be armed in a way that may cause fear.
Police allege a fight broke out between a group of people near the intersection of Lake and Francis Street about 4am on August 25.
During the incident, a man struck a woman, aged in her 20s, in the head with a glass bottle and a man, aged in his 30s, had a bottle thrown at him, striking him in the head.
The victims were treated by St John Ambulance officers at the scene and conveyed to hospital.
Mr Hill is due to appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on October 1, 2019.
