If you've visited headspace Mandurah lately, you might have noticed a little more going on than usual.
Things are pretty busy in the Peel Health Hub, our new home as of January this year, with so many services bustling and busy supporting our young Peel residents.
Here's a quick update on what's coming up:
After receiving endless requests from the community we've recently started providing monthly free craft workshops for young people, with our next workshop scheduled for 4.30-5.30pm on Thursday, June 27.
These workshops are open to anyone aged 12-25 and you can book a place by calling our office on 9544 5900.
We've also launched a free monthly yoga class for youth, so young people in Mandurah can learn about the benefits of yoga and mindful body awareness without the burden of purchasing a membership.
Our yoga class is run in partnership with Align Body Mind Soul and is open to anyone aged 12-25.
This class will run on the second Wednesday of every month from 4-5pm and the next one will be on July 10.

We're catering for parents too.
If you have a young person in your life aged 10 - 17 you'll want to book a spot in our 'Understanding Anxiety and Depression in Youth' workshop for parents.
The workshop will be running this July, and you can find out more by calling our reception staff on 9544 5900.
If you want headspace to come and talk to your school, ask your teacher or to give our office a call or email hello@headspaceman.com.au.
We do presentations and workshops for students, teachers and parents, as well as sports teams, and all of our presentations are completely free.
