Mandurah Police are appealing for information after a 13-year-old boy was allegedly bashed and his watch was stolen near the Pinjarra Road McDonald's on Sunday afternoon.
Mandurah Detective Senior Sergeant Trevor Troy said five men approached the Dawesville teenager about 1.45pm on Sunday.
Senior Sergeant Troy said the offenders began to punch the victim, before one grabbed the watch from his wrist and snapped the strap.
The victim received treatment for minor injuries at Peel Health Campus.
Senior Sergeant Troy said police were examining CCTV footage.
