The Mandurah Magic women will be out to cause a massive upset when they face the league-leading Joondalup Wolves fresh off a bye week this Saturday night.
The Magic will enter the game feeling renewed after their week off and will look to take advantage of a Joondalup side playing the second of their two back-to-back games.
For Mandurah, facing the top-of-the-table Wolves is the perfect chance to turn their season around, following a pair of losses in a double-header before the bye.
"A win here would be huge for our confidence, and moving to 5-5 rather than 4-6 is a big thing," head coach Craig Watts said.
"Having said that we're obviously coming up against a tough team, who are the top of the league for a reason.
"They've got some outstanding players and there's a few areas of the game you really need to put some work into, but really it's going to be a lot of one on one play and we need our girls to win their battles."
One of those outstanding Wolves players the Magic will look to put the clamps on is Kayla Steindl, who has been averaging 14.8 points while leading the league in rebounds at 12.2 per game.
But the Magic are by no means bereft of weapons themselves.
Star centre Carly Boag is improving with every game she plays since returning from a lengthy ACL injury, and was Mandurah's best in their most recent clash with Willetton hauling in 19 points and 11 rebounds.
For coach Watts, that rebounding statistic will be the defining one, as he looks to the likes of Boag, Regina Palusna and Emma Klasztorny to pull down as many boards as possible.
"Joondalup are a tough side, they score a lot of their points in the paint, so we're going to need to attack the glass pretty aggressively at both ends," he said.
"Secure the rebounds. If we can do that, limit their second chances and be clean enough not to give them extra looks, then we'll be right there.
"If we can take a big scalp here then it puts us in motion to keep that rolling."
The Magic will take on Joondalup this Saturday night at HBF Arena, 8pm.
