A man that was arrested in North Dandalup on Sunday has been charged with murder after an alleged hit-and-run.
Police allege officers were called to The Avenue in Warnbro about 1.20am on Sunday morning, where it had been reported a Ford Falcon had hit two men before leaving the scene.
St John Ambulance paramedics attended and located a man in his 40s deceased. A man in his 30s was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
At 3.10am, police located a 36-year-old man and a Ford Falcon in North Dandalup. He has since been charged with murder.
The man, from Port Kennedy, is due to appear before Perth Magistrates Court this morning.
