South Mandurah's women made it two straight wins to start the season when they took care of business with a hefty win over Rockingham in round two last weekend.
Both sides went into the clash after comfortable wins in the opening games of the season, but the Falcons reigned supreme as they handed the Rams a reality check 10.11 (71) to 2.1 (13).
Buoyed by three goals and a best-on-ground effort from April McPherson, South Mandurah kicked away after quarter time to pave their path to the win.
McPherson hit the scoreboard with the first major of the day to give her Falcons the early lead, before Kasey Edwards slotted the first of her two for the game to see her side out to a 13-point buffer at the first break.
The Rams needed a response and received solid effort from Ally Luff, but South Mandurah refused to ease up as they piled a further three goals onto their lead in the second through Charlee Fairclough, Georgia Samuelson and Keely Rutherford.
Kirsten Sprigg and Ciara Moynihan nailed Rockingham's only goals for the game as they attempted to will their side back into action in the third, but majors to Rutherford and Rakita Bennell matched their efforts and helped the Falcons maintain a 38-point buffer at the final break.
From there McPherson finished off with the day's final two goals, seeing the Falcons to the victory.
The win keeps South Mandurah in second spot with a 2-0 record, while Rockingham dips to fourth at 1-1.
Mandurah def. Dwellingup
A hot start from Mandurah helped them register their first women's win in club history when they trounced Dwellingup to the tune of 92 points on Saturday.
The Mustangs booted five goals in the opening term to set up the 15.8 (98) to 1.0 (6) victory.
They managed to keep Dwellingup to no score in the first half, as Jordan Watts and Harmony McCrystal worked hard around the ground while hitting the scoreboard to see the Mustangs out to a 58-point lead at the long break.
The Razorbacks notched their only goal for the day when Shannon Perry put one through the sticks, but by the end of the third Mandurah led by 70 and by full time it was a stunning 92-point victory to open their account.
Watts finished four goals in a best afield performance, while Isobella-Rose Haigh also collected four.
Mandurah will take on Baldivis after the bye week, while Dwellingup search for form against Rockingham.
Pinjarra def. Baldivis
The Tigers held on to top spot when they cruised by Baldivis for a seven-goal victory in round two.
Pinjarra charged out of the gates with a strong first quarter and managed to overcome a scoreless second to post an 8.6 (54) to 1.1 (7) win.
A three-goal first term saw Abby Cooper, Jena Daniel and Willow Ray all hit the scoreboard for the Tigers before Baldivis' Skye Roberts kicked the only goal in the second term to cut the lead to just 14 points at half time.
But Pinjarra fired back with Georgia McDonald registering the first of the second half, and they were able to kick away from there.
Baldivis wouldn't post another score for the remainder of the game, as Ray and Daniel led the Tigers to a win.
Pinjarra remains atop the table with a sky-high percentage, while Baldivis sits in fifth.
