The highly-anticipated Street Chillz Drug Aware Youth Fest will return to the ramps of Pinjarra Skate Park in April.
From 3-8pm on April 13, the park will be a hive of activity for young people in the Murray.
Skate, scooter and BMX enthusiasts can enter into beginner, intermediate or open class categories as part of the event's major drawcard, the Freestyle Now Skate, Scooter and BMX competition.
According to Shire of Murray president David Bolt, the annual event encourages sportsmanship, perseverance and creativity.
He said it was a great opportunity for the Shire of Murray to entice young people from outside the region, to experience the vibrancy of the area.

"Whilst providing a platform for young people to demonstrate and be recognised for their skate, scooter or BMX skills, the event also provides opportunity for attendees to interact with youth service providers," Cr Bolt said.
The Street Chillz Drug Aware Youth Fest will also feature skateboard deck design, a POSCA art workshop, youth hang-out zone, Peel Bright Minds robotics and technology display, parkour workshop and a variety of food trucks.
For attendees wishing to exercise their artistic talents, creatives from Graphite Crew will host an Urban Art workshop, coaching attendees through the production of intricate aerosol designs.
The Street Chillz Drug Aware Youth Fest is an official event of the 2019 Youth Week and is a smoke, alcohol and drug free event.
The Street Chillz Drug Aware Youth Fest is proudly supported by Country Arts WA and Healthway promoting the Drug Aware message, Department of Communities, Alcoa, Bindjareb Reference Group and the Shire of Murray.
