Andrew Peckover and Chris Loveridge ensured Singleton would play in their third straight grand final against Waroona when the duo's exceptional bowling sent Baldivis out in straight sets on Saturday.
The pair were absolutely dominant defending their side's total of 137, shredding through Baldivis' batting order to take a combined 7/27 and thus punt the White Knights from the finals without a win.
Singleton took to the crease with the bat first, going through their own struggles as regular wickets fell around an inspiring knock from skipper Bryce Evans.
The captain helped haul his side out of a 2/22 rut after openers Danny Woollard (4) and Tim Hutchison (9) were ousted early.
Baldivis had the wind at their backs as they attempted to squash Singleton's hopes of a grand final, but Evans' 54 runs from 84 balls managed to at least give the Irwinians something to defend.
Mitchell Shellam offered some support with 23 runs from 21 deliveries before he was dismissed by star bowler Stefan Botha, sparking a collapse in Singleton's tail as they were dismissed for 137 runs in the 42nd over.
Greg Roos finished on 4/36 to be Baldivis' top wicket-taker, while Botha pitched in with 2/16.
Baldivis entered their chase hopeful of collecting the required 138 for a win, but their grand final dreams were dashed against the wall as Peckover and Loveridge went to work.
The pair were responsible for the first six wickets taken in the innings, starting with openers Wesley Steele and Dylan Gray each going down with just one run next to their respective names.
Baldivis found themselves in a 3/11 nightmare after Cameron Reyne was sent packing on five runs, and it wasn't improving any time soon with Darren Solomon's duck seeing them to 4/13.
Matt Rennie (6) soon fell leg-before-wicket to Loveridge, and by the time Ian Bowes caught Greg Roos out for a duck Baldivis was all of a sudden stuck on 6/21.
Mitch Brown went on to top Baldivis' scoring with a knock of 14, as his side was dismissed on a mere 65 runs from 25.4 overs.
Peckover ended the day on 4/18, while Loveridge's 3/9 was sublime in the win.
Bowes also chipped in with the ball taking 2/20.
Singleton's victory sets up a third straight Peel Cricket Association grand final against Waroona, with the two sides having dominated the past three seasons.
The two have split the results in the previous two, winning one apiece with Waroona eyeing back-to-back flags this year.
They will clash at Lark Hill Sporting Complex for their finale this Saturday, 11.45am.
