Three inspirational Mandurah women are hoping to spread the love as part of International Women's Day on Friday with a self love walk.
The event aims to encourage women in the community to "embrace the body they were born with" and learn to love themselves.
The bi-annual event will be the second celebration of body image after the inaugural walk held in December 2018 was hailed a success.
More than 50 women and children took part in activities to facilitate personal growth in an effort to learn to "fill up their own love cup first".
So many women, especially on social media, question who they are and if their bodies are okay and I think it's really messed up - people's thoughts are not quite right around self body image and self love.

Organiser Kieana Copeland the turnout was so good, she had to pinch herself.
"On the day I would've been happy if two people turned up because I was doing something but I was so surprised that so many people came, it was surreal," she said.
"It was a really special time for all the girls.
"You could feel something - everyone came together because of their journey so far and you could just feel the energy and everyone was just hugging for no reason at all."
The local mother said she was inspired to implement a self love walk in Mandurah after noticing how many women close to her lacked self confidence.
"So many women, especially on social media, question who they are and if their bodies are okay and I think it's really messed up - people's thoughts are not quite right around self body image and self love," she said.
"I had the idea in my head and I just put pen to paper and got creating and finally I thought 'I actually have to do this for the community'."

Ms Copeland has teamed up with WA Mum's Cottage representative Kym Iannetta and Mrs Galaxy Australia contestant Shantelle Maier for the upcoming event.
The women will host activities for participants on the day, share their own stories of their personal self love journeys and provide advice and support for those in need.
Ms Copeland said participants are encouraged to strip down to whatever feels most comfortable for the walk along Town Beach.
"People need to be shaken up from their normal routine to realise and be confronted otherwise they will go 20 years suffering from body image issues," she said.
"It's a revolution - time's are changing and it is so acceptable to be whoever the hell you want to be and it doesn't matter if you're size 24 or size 4.
"Being vulnerable and courageous, it's amazing what it can do because others will then do the same and that's what this world needs right now."
The self love walk will be held at Town Beach on Friday, March 8 at 1pm.
The day will include complimentary kombucha and nibbles, guided meditation and activities to help participants get out of their comfort zone and learn to love themselves more.
One lucky ticket holder will also win a self love hamper valued at over $300.
