A severe fire danger forecast has forced the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions to close the Serpentine National Park on Sunday.
The people have been told to avoid the popular park in the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale and follow the advice of Parks and Wildlife Service staff.

The park will be closed between 8.30am on February 10 until 8.30am February 11.
The department has urged people already in the area to leave for a safer place and observe signage.
