A 34-year-old man accused of committing a handful of child sex offences has been granted bail to an Erskine address.
The man has not yet entered a plea to eight charges, including three counts of sexually penetrating a child under 13-years-old and one count of engaging in sexual conduct with a child under 16-years-old.

His lawyer Michelle Cox told the court her client had no prior record.
Police prosecutor Mick Fallows told the court he did not oppose the application for bail, provided protective bail conditions were in place.
Magistrate Anne Longden told the court the man could not have contact with children, could not leave Western Australia or apply for a passport, and would have to reside at the address supplied to the court.
Ms Longden said he must report three times a week to the Mandurah Police Station.
The man’s bail was granted with a $10,000 undertaking and $5,000 surety.
He is due to reappear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on November 19.
