A second teenager has been charged after an alleged assault and carjacking in Lakelands last weekend.
Police claim the reported incident occurred about 1.30am on Sunday, August 19, at the intersection of Kerikeri Heights and Winslow Crescent.
A 20-year-old woman received injuries after she was attacked and her Mazda 3 was allegedly stolen.
Two 16-year-old boys from Lakelands have been charged after the incident.
One appeared at Mandurah Childrens Court on August 21 and is due to reappear on September 10. He faces charges of aggravated robbery and stealing a motor vehicle.
The second teenager faces the same charges, as well as having no authority to drive and the possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.
He will appear before Perth Childrens Court on Friday.
