Police located Mr Keenan safe in Erskine early Friday morning.
Mr Keenan was located with the assistance from members of the public.
Mandurah Police thanked the community for their help.

Police have called on the community to help find missing Mandurah man Terry James Keenan and raised concerns for his welfare.
The 73-year-old was last seen about 5.30pm on Thursday.
Mr Keenan left his home on foot and hasn’t returned since that time.
He is a confident user of public transport.
Mr Keenan was last seen wearing a blue jumper with grey hood and arms, cut-off blue denim shorts and black leather Velcro shoes.
He is described as 175 centimetres tall, solid build, short grey hair with extensive tattoos on both arms.
Anyone who sees Mr Keenan or has any information on his whereabouts is asked to call police on 131 444.
