Major Crash Investigators are seeking information from the public about a "serious" head on crash which occurred in Ravenswood on Sunday, May 13, 2018.
A police spokesman said a silver Nissan Patrol turned in front of a blue Nissan Pulsar as it was travelling in an easterly direction along Pinjarra Road at about 6.18pm.
As a result, the 18-year-old driver of the Nissan Patrol was conveyed to Peel Health Campus with minor injuries.
The 28-year-old driver of the Nissan Pulsar was conveyed to Fiona Stanley Hospital with serious injuries.
Two male passengers aged 24 and 32-years-old of the Pulsar were air lifted to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries and two other male passengers in the Pulsar aged 36 and 24-years-old were conveyed to Fiona Stanley Hospital by St Johns Ambulance with minor injuries.
