Shire of Murray have began a community consultation process to look into whether the district’s parks, waterway facilities, bridges, footpaths and drainage are meeting the public’s needs.
The feedback will be collated through the shire’s biannual Asset Management Survey.
According to chief executive officer Dean Unsworth, the survey is conducted to find out whether shire assets are meeting the community’s needs and expectations.

“Previous survey results have assisted the Shire of Murray with the provision of inviting spaces that foster an equitable, healthy and connected community.
“The survey is a great opportunity for the community to identify potential focus areas for the shire’s Asset Management Plan,” Mr Unsworth said.
“The more responses the shire receives, the more accurately it can assess asset delivery and effectively plan to better meet our community’s needs.”
The shire is sweetening the pot, with respondents able to enter a lucky draw to stand a chance of winning a $50 Coles voucher.
