“The concert band performs at a number of important annual civic events including our much loved Australia Day celebrations.
“I am also very proud patron of the Mandurah the Concert Band and the Lotterywest grant will assist in the further development of Mandurah’s cultural sector and support our local musicians to continue to learn and improve.”
The Mandurah Concert Band has had their equipment trailer refurbished thanks to a partnership grant from Alcoa.
They will be performing on the Mandurah Foreshore as part of the City’s Christmas celebrations on December 12.
