Throughout the year Meadow Springs resident Lonette Wescott literally has skeletons in her closet.
However, every October she puts them on display to give community members a fright during Halloween.
Ms Wescott and her family own and run the Meadow Springs Asylum, a Halloween hotspot in Mandurah.
For the last 15 years they have been decorating their Carnoustie Gardens home with eerie ornaments, large and terrifying figurines, smoke machines, spooky projections and plenty of candy.
In their vast collection worth more than $35,000, Ms Wescott and her family have 46 figurines of various evil creatures, from Frankenstein to mummies, skeletons and of course zombies.

It takes around three weeks for the Wescott family and their friends to set up the display.
The evening of terror ran for four nights and offered people thrills between 5pm and 10pm.
The hair-raising event raised funds for cancer research and part of the proceeds will go towards Riding For The Disabled WA’s Murray/Mandurah Group.
The family are in the process of creating a business to hire out the gear for parties.
“We’re hoping to have that set up by the new year,” Ms Wescott said.
