Christmas in July is coming to Mandurah’s food truck festival on Tuesday, and will feature plenty of food and Christmas-themed entertainment.
“The locals you know and love will be there with an array of tempting goodies, as well as some fresh faces from surrounding areas,” organisers wrote about the event.
“Plus there will be buskers and activities.
“Think festoon lights, lazing on the lawn, and enjoying the new pop up art gallery.”
In addition to more than 15 food options, the event will also include a dog treat stall, facepainting for younger attendees, a slot racer, performances by Wicked Dance Works, Christmas carols and a visit from Santa.
The festival’s food truck line up includes:
- Souwest Aboriginal Foodies
- Cocktail Gastronomy / Beer Dudes for Beverages
- DPM
- The Fish Boss
- Benatta’s Fairy Floss
- Foodnco
- The Donut Shop
- Soul Provider
- Flamin Good Pizza
- Nom Nom Cupcakes
- Pickeled Partners
- Bantastic Mi
- Hogs Breath Xpress
- Margaret River Dumplings
- RJS Kai Kart
- Rosa’s Recipe
The food truck festival was created by local activation group Shape Mandurah in an attempt to inject some life to the newly-landscaped Barracks Lane, to discourage anti-social behaviour and to bring the local community together.
The popular event is held at Barracks Lane on the last Tuesday of every month.
Mandurah’s food truck festival Christmas edition will take off at 5pm this Tuesday and will be open until 8.30pm.
