Homicide Squad Detectives have charged a 22 year old male with the death of a 27 year old man from Greenfields.
The male will appear on a murder charge in the Perth Magistrates Court on Sunday, July 9.
The charge arises from an incident at Leighton Road East, Halls Head on Saturday 8 July 2017.

Homicide Squad Detectives and Mandurah Detectives are investigating the death of a 27 year old man from Greenfields.
The man was located about 5am this morning (8 July 2017) on Leighton Road East in Halls Head with life threatening injuries.
He was conveyed to the Peel Health Campus where he died a short time later.
Two men in their 20s are currently assisting police with their investigation.

EARLIER:
Two people are being questioned by police following the death of a man in Mandurah on Saturday morning.
Police said a physical altercation between two men led to officers being called to a Leighton Road address about 5am.
One of the men was reportedly taken to hospital, but died as a result of his injuries.
At this stage there is no word on the age of the men involved, or whether they were known to each other.
Forensic police were at the crime scene early Saturday morning, with homicide detectives arriving shortly after.
Leighton Road east remains closed to the public, with residents told they may not be able to enter the street for hours.
Mary Street boat ramp cannot be accessed from Leighton Road and nearby waters are closed, with police divers conducting a search related to the investigation.
