Young basketballers in the Peel region will have the chance to learn from some of their State Basketball League idols when the Mandurah Magic hosts its July Holiday Camps next month.
The programs will consist of two different age groups, with four to eight-year-olds taking part in the Mini Magic Camp and youngsters aged nine-or-above hitting the court for Basketball Bootcamp.
Both will take place from July 12-14, with the younger group going from 9am to 11am daily and the older from 1pm to 3pm.
The young pupils will have the chance to learn from Nici Gilday, Carly Boag, Will McNeill and Rick Kreklow.
Boag has won a championship in the Women’s National Basketball League, while Gilday, McNeill and Kreklow all played college basketball in America.
